“So I actually didn’t even get to rent a space at the Ramada because the customer service was absolutely atrocious. I was calling to inquire about renting one of their meeting rooms. I called roughly 10 times over the course of 3 weeks just to have each clerk tell me they would let the general manager, Ken, know and that he would get back to me. Don’t get me wrong, the front desk associates were always polite, friendly and apologetic. I’m upset because Ken, the GM, NEVER got back to me. After calling 10 times, being given a fake number to reach him and emailing him I eventually got a voicemail from someone named Patty telling me they would not be renting the space to me with absolutely no explanation or apology whatsoever. She just recommended that I try the union hall like I haven’t tried LITERALLY everywhere else already. I would never recommend this place to friends or family just based on the awful service I received. Do better Ken.”
