“Stayed for one night before going to BU graduation. After searching Boston area hotels ($$$$), we decided to look outside I95 and found a room here for a reasonable price. I was a little concerned based on a few reviews but couldn't resisit the savings over Boston hotels.
Positives: Clean room. : ) Clean and very comfortable bed. Quiet hotel even with a full house. Adequate free breakfast. Fair price.
Weaknesses: first impression can mean a lot so when I couldn't find the hotel, I remembered a review that said their sign was not lit. It still isn't. Fix that sign so guests don't pass by your location. Second issue: clean your hallways or get a new rug. Third: fix the elevator! This was also mentioned in previous posts.”

“It was worth the money especially for that area. It is connected to a very good restaurant that had very large portions (fish and chips was easily 2-3 meals). Breakfast was nice and the "breakfast lady" was friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Not exactly the most up to date but really overall a great experience especially with the staff.”

The rooms are nice and the location is handy. Unfortunately, my mom stayed here one night recently. During the night, the room above her flooded and all of her stuff was soaked in the morning. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and apologetic but management was not. She was not offered any refund or discount for future stays nor was she offered reimbursement for her clothing and suitcase, which were damaged as a result of the flooding. I would not recommend staying here.

If I could, I would give another half star for great effort on the part of most of staff. It is an odd property... absolutely dismal outside and in hallways...BUT, the room was clean, roomy, and pretty darn nice! I generally stay in very nice hotels elsewhere, and I'm picky about the rooms as that is where I spend my time. Breakfast was decent for a low price joint, not great, but decent. This hotel is very low priced for Boston area.
If they could secure some major financing to fix up the structure and site (would take a LOT and it's likely too far gone), it would be a very viable business.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast options are limited--butter, jam, cream cheese, apple, yogurt, cereal, and waffles. location is good if you like shopping. It's about 30 min away from Boston without traffic and 1 hour + in traffic. I'd stay there again.

Smelly, dirty (hair in tub), no pretense of caring by desk staff. Thank Gawd the kid picked another college so we won't have to consider this joint again. Really ridiculously hard to find, which may...
