“The hotel is looking rundown and is in need of a big investment, otherwise is going to become a 2* hotels soon.
The food is awful, the worst I have ever eaten. If you can, please save some money and only buy your stay without food. You can eat at any restaurant across the street and it would be better than the food from this place. The beach is lovely but your palapas need fixing. The personal is very friendly and helpful.
The guest(not all) are walking around not wearying face masks and there is always the American tourist who think they are better than everyone else and they do not need to wear a face mask(because they paid 800 dollars and rules do not apply to them) that is exactly what he said when he was asked to put the mask on....... sad.”
