“This is a tough one... The hotel is located right downtown and is within walking distance of many attractions. The check in was quick and easy, and they didn't make a fuss about me having a room two hours before the check in time (3pm). I was shown a disclaimer about construction and noise levels, and they definitely weren't kidding! The room given to me was pretty loud with the sounds of construction/renovation and although it stopped for the night, it was loud enough to be a nuisance. I was given a nice room, spacious and comfortable, but located in a terrible spot by the elevator. From the room you can hear it going up and down throughout the day/night. Apparently proof of vaccination is required (according to signs posted on the elevator) but I was never asked for mine and I've noticed a couple of guests without their masks on. I understand it's difficult to enforce wearing masks but it wouldn't be too much of an issue if at least they were checking for proof of vaccination. The checkout was fast but the attendant working the shift could use some lessons in friendliness. While the check-in person was super attentive and kind, the one doing the checkout was the complete opposite. Perhaps it's because at that point the hotel already got your money and you're on the way out. With lots of options in the area it's hard for me to recommend the hotel. The three stars is mainly for the location and the clean room and comfortable king bed.”

“Great experience! Stayed for a night en route to Quebec City and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, lots of amenities available and conveniently located. It also offers indoor access to a concourse level which includes shops, restaurants and cafes. They also offer complimentary bottled water which is an added perk!”
