I booked A room online at the airport and called the Hyatt and was put in touch with the airport shuttle driver. I spoke To Sean and he saved the day! He was fast and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and really brightened my day after everything that transpired at the airport. “After Southwest cancelled our connecting flight, I was stuck with my four kids in Baltimore for 3 days with no luggage. The ladies at Hyatt along with their shuttle driver literally saved me. They went so far above and beyond helping us with items we needed, shuttling us where we needed to be, helping us learn how to use the MARC train, etc. If I had to be stranded with just the clothes on my back and 4 kids anywhere in the world, it would be the Hyatt BWI— I am so glad we stayed here and was beyond impressed with the level of customer service.
