“This is the worst hotel ever! My Husband and I checked in on a Monday night around 8pm. We were in Nashville for a concert and to celebrate my Husband’s birthday. When we walked in the hotel and approached the front desk the young lady and man behind the desk was very rude. They did not greet us and after standing at the desk for a few seconds they guy finally said can I help you. After pulling up our reservation he told us that they had given our room away and he could put us in a handicap room or a room with 2 beds. We booked our reservation for a King Bed Room. He was very nonchalant while talking to us. The room with the 2 beds was very small especially the bathroom and the A/C was very loud you could barely hear the TV. One of the beds had stains on the white comforter. No complimentary water or warm fresh cookies at check in like most Hilton properties. After listening to the loud A/C for a few hours we decided to find us another hotel. The bartender Isiah was the only nice staff member we interacted with. He was very nice and helpful. They need Isiah at the front desk. We ended up booking a Suite at the La Quinta Inn & Suites across the street from the Titans Stadium. This hotel is amazing and the staff is so friendly and nice. I called the hotel to see what would be the earliest we could check in for Tuesday because we was not happy with our room at the Hilton. The lady name Margo told us to pack our bags and come on now. I told her our bags was still packed and still sitting on the luggage cart. We left the Hilton hotel at 2am in the morning to go check into La Quinta Inn & Suites. Margo allowed us to check in early without charging us an extra fee, she gave us complimentary parking, and she also gave my Husband a complimentary snack for his birthday. Even after going to the front desk at 2am at the Hilton to let them know we were checking out early and to cancel the remaining nights because we were unhappy with our room and experience the lady at the front desk was very rude and all she said was well I’ll cancel your remaining nights but I haven’t done the audit yet so I can’t give you a receipt I’ll email it to you. She didn’t care why we was unhappy. We love Nashville and most places you go to the people are very friendly and helpful. This is our first time dealing with rudeness in Nashville and I’m very shocked that it had to be at a Hilton hotel. We will never stay here again! I am a Manager at a Hotel and I would never allow guests to be treated this way.”

“Upon arriving and walking into the lobby we were met with the most high pitched sawing/vibration noise coming out of the lobby and traveling through the hotel. The front desk staff seem put off when even trying to have a conversation let alone making requests I'd expect a hotel with Hilton in it's name to try and grant. Asked if we could move up to a higher floor in the hopes we would be able to distance ourselves from the noise. We're simply told no with zero follow up or explanation. Asked if we could have some breakfast plates made up since our flight has us leaving before breakfast started. Got laughed at like that was ludicrous to ask and told no way. Room has a balcony overlooking the lobby so we got to enjoy the noise thoroughly for our time in the room. Don't think I'm ever going to be willing to take a chance on a Hilton again. Even including the automated response that I'm sure will pop up under this review by Hilton. Words that mean nothing, especially considering the actions we had to suffer through. Look elsewhere and spend your money with someone who cares.”
