Hotel muito bom! Atendimento excelente!

Convenient to Gordon Biersch. That is the only reason we stay here. Rooms are comfortable but old. Elevators are slow. Staff is non-attentive at best, and sometimes actually rude.

Excelente Servicio

Besides having to pay for parking after paying for a room sucked. It was nice n clean. Most of the time pretty quite. Had a microwave in the room n a fridge. Liked the bath and body works shampoo and conditioner also had lotion n mouthwash which was a plus. I enjoyed my stay here.

Eu sei que é difícil, mas o problema é que você nunca sabe quem pode estar doente. E andar por aí ou ter pessoas ficando tão perto de você pode ser um problema no longo prazo. Covid é uma infecção que você não sabe quando vai atacar, mas basta 1 pessoa para ter. Faça uma linha no meio do corredor. Eu estava entrando no saguão e a aeromoça estava toda amontoada, não permitindo que as pessoas passassem. Porque era um grupo grande. Você tenta ficar a 2 metros de distância, mas não consegue porque está bloqueando o corredor. Isso tudo. Fora isso, seu serviço é incrível.

Holiday innOverall Like always room are clean and spot on, food was delicious. And as promise on time. Front desk both lady in the morning and evening, very nice and polite. You don’t see that as much anymore. Helpful. Room service was a 10. And house keeping, Men if you need anything they help you. I been to many holiday inn but this one beat out all of the one I have been. Great job and great service.Room service Room service prices are reasonable. Not to high and food taste great. Drink are on time and well made. Not to much alcohol on them. And dont taste watery.Try to. Keep destining people. Try to maintain 6ft apart. I know it hard but the problem is you never know who might be sick. And walking around or having people get so close to you can be a problem later in the long run. Covid is a infection that you don’t know when it will strike, but it only take 1 person to have it. Make a line in the middle of the hallway. I was walking in the lobby and the flight attendant were all huddling around not letting people pass by. Because it was a big group. You try to stay 6ft apart but you can’t because there blocking the hallway. That all. Other then that your service is amazing.

Nice room it has a refrigerator and microwave which is really good when you don't have to go down stairs to heat up food.

Very bad experience with the billing and customer service .I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Minha filha e eu ficamos aqui há 3 anos e nós amamos! Os quartos eram limpos, as camas eram confortáveis, a comida era boa e a equipe do hotel era muito profissional. Esta foi a nossa primeira visita à Califórnia e decidir ficar em Burbank foi ótimo !!!

My daughter and I stayed here 3yrs ago and we loved it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the food was good and hotel staff was very professional. This was our first visit to California and deciding to stay in Burbank was great!!!

Me gusta mucho este Hotel, lo he visitados más de una oportunidad por su ubicación, su limpieza, el personal muy atento, tuve la Oportunidad de ir al restaurante y/o pedir servicio al cuarto y la comida súper deliciosa con gran variedad, y lo más importante que la mayoría del personal es bilingüe; sin ninguna duda lo recomendaría

Buen lugar,limpio, cómodo, con estacionamiento. Eso sí el estacionamiento cuesta $20 USD por noche.La atención es muy variada, hay personal súper amable que te atiende de muy buena gana, pero si hay un par de elementos que el servicio al cliente no es lo suyo.Las habitaciones súper limpias, camas cómodas, el café feito, alberca, spa, videojuegos, área de oficinas, mini gimnasio, dos bares, me parece que dos restaurantes, internet gratuito de muy buena velocidad.
