“Never NEVER book at this hotel unless you are 1000% sure you are going to make the stay (you're gonna lose your money). Their commercial team deserves a trophy in delivering fake promises. I had been through the most frustrating and stressful experience with Hilton Seychelles. On November 12 I booked a hotel stay through booking.com but decided after 5 min only to cancel the stay after I had recalled some commitments. Believe it or not, within those 5 minutes Hilton had already charged the amount on my card (free cancelation option) instead of just holding it as per the normal practice. Since then I have been hooked and struggling between hilton and booking.com to get my money back. Hilton's commercial manager A. Sm. contacted me after a few weeks and again made a fake promise that I will get my refund very soon. This never happened! Finally booking.com agreed to refund me directly through their account and negotiate later with Hilton. I will never stay with any Hilton property again.”
