“Fiquei aqui duas vezes e tem sido muito confortável, localizado bem perto de um monte de opções de comida também.Esta avaliação de 5 estrelas em particular é para Erin, que trabalha na recepção. Eu havia reservado através de um terceiro e a reserva não se conectou. Eu tive que pegar o telefone com meu cartão de crédito por uma hora antes que as coisas se conectassem. Erin estava trabalhando sozinha na recepção, lidando com várias pessoas com o mesmo problema, hóspedes frustrados cujas chaves do quarto não estavam funcionando e correu para cima para deixá-los entrar pessoalmente em seus quartos, eu até a vi entregando travesseiros adicionais para outro convidado no andar de cima, etc etc etc.Todos com um sorriso genuíno no rosto. Ela foi muito gentil e parecia totalmente desfasada, manteve uma atitude mais do que profissional, onde eu teria desmoronado.Erin é uma estrela, e ela merece esta revisão de 5 estrelas.”

“Clean and quiet room. AC and fridge was super quiet. Insulation in Hilton garden seemed to be better than Tru by Hilton or Hampton. Digit key requested early but was not available even after arriving. Check in time was at 3pm; I got there after 5pm and was told the room I selected was not available. Another room was given instead; which was not a big deal. No complementary breakfast, but bottled water, lemon infused water, coffee was available. The hotel is located very closed to shopping plaza and restaurants. Plenty of parking space outside the hotel. Overall, I will stay at this hotel again.”
