Missed the more traditional middle eastern fare for breakfast, which had more of a British / American / Indian slant to it. Rooms are spacious with a scenic view. Fitness studio is well equipped and the pool rssturant and bar is fantastic....

Adorável hotel em Abu Dhabi conectado à Galleria. Os quartos são luxuosos e grandes, no entanto, as vistas de um lado do hotel são muito abaixo do esperado do estacionamento e do local de construção. Certifique-se de pedir uma vista do horizonte. Nós fizemos, mas não foi honrado, infelizmente. Bar é ótimo com boas bebidas e vistas.

Nossa estadia foi perfeita. Tínhamos reservado um quarto de nível de entrada, sem vista particular, e ficamos encantados. Serviços high-end e um serviço de milímetro. Todos os funcionários são extremamente prestativos e um agradecimento especial a Thibault por gerenciar nossa chegada e partida em francês! !

Encantador hotel en Abu Dhabi conectado con la Galleria. Las habitaciones son lujosas y grandes, sin embargo, las vistas de un lado del hotel son muy decepcionantes del estacionamiento y el sitio de construcción. Asegúrate de pedir una vista del horizonte. Lo hicimos, pero lamentablemente no fue respetado. El bar es genial con buenas bebidas y vistas.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Habíamos reservado una habitación de nivel de entrada, sin vistas en particular, y quedamos encantados. Servicios de alta gama y un servicio milimétrico. ¡Todo el personal es extremadamente servicial y un agradecimiento especial a Thibault por gestionar nuestra llegada y salida en francés!

Lovely hotel in Abu Dhabi connected to the Galleria. Rooms are luxorious and big, however views on one side of the hotel are very underwhelming of car park and construction site. Make sure you ask for a skyline view. We did but it was not honored unfortunately. Bar is great with good drinks and views.

When I booked at this hotel I did that based of the popularity and fame not experience. I wanted to get some peaceful time and some relaxing nights. So, I made a simple request: “Away from noise and kids” . I booked and called them to make sure that my request was possible and they promised that it’s possible and based on that response I checked in later. First night was ok but then on the second night I woke up at night because of a very loud screaming and turned out that they actually put a poorly behaved family with a noisy and loud behavior kid exactly in the unit opposite mine. So I called the reception to remind them about my request and they said “sorry we don’t have any solution” (I think it was a guy called Ronaldo who actually was the same guy who arranged my booking and request) not sure tho.I was disappointed and furiousbecause of the treatment I experienced.Tired and just wanted to get a good rest. I went to the reception by my self to deal with the situation.I expressed my point to the reception and told them that if you don’t have a solution I would like to cancel the rest of the nights including that night and get a refund.They refused to refund me for that night and agreed to refund me for the rest of the later nights.After a stressful discussion and anger they finally came out with a solution that they will move me to another unit (not the loud person who actually booked as an individual person with no kids as they told me)I accepted that as I really didn’t have any other options that they can offer.They upgraded my unit and it was quite and ok. Next day I was too tired to move to another hotel so I decided to just stay for the last night.However, the unit they put me in was not very clean for a five star hotel with such fame and you will see why in the pictures.Shout out to the gentleman who managed my check out later Mr. Bader. Thank you for wiping away all the negativity I had about this place and just for you I rated 2 stars. I genuinely was going to rate one star.

Like all the Four Seasons properties, this hotel is incredible. Four Seasons hotels are really boring in that they are all the same! Everything runs like clockwork and they excel in all the little details as well that some five star hotels in the UAE cannot even master. No dust around the corners of the rooms, carpet immaculately clean so you are comfortable to walk barefoot, staff that genuinely seem to be happy to work at the hotel (and don’t smell), perfectly kept furniture without dings and dents, quiet rooms, remembering guest’s names, the list goes on and on. This hotel and company know what they are doing and are perfectionists. Welcome to the Four Seasons!

Esta é agora a minha quarta propriedade Four Seasons que visitei, eu realmente amo essa marca. Tudo é muito mais agradável e fácil quando você fica com eles. Do check-in ao check-out, uma experiência verdadeiramente mágica. Eu fiquei no quarto de nível de entrada que era muito bom, minha única desvantagem foi a vista foi parcialmente obscurecida pelo design do edifício tão nua que no meu. Os serviços de concierge são tão bons que eu queria visitar uma praia tranquila e agradável para algumas bebidas e comida, eles organizaram todo o meu transporte e reserva em Cove Beach. Apreciei o café da manhã e o brunch no restaurante e um tratamento de spa, comentários a seguir. Boa localização com acesso direto ao shopping. Eu recomendo esta propriedade. Como padrão da marca Four Seasons, o local é deslumbrante e cheio de luxo. Seus quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. O serviço de concierge é excelente e pode obter literalmente qualquer coisa que você pedir. As vistas dos quartos são imaculadas e encantadoras, especialmente à noite. O hotel está localizado em uma área muito tranquila e sua localização é excelente se você quiser explorar toda Abu Dhabi, pois tudo fica a 20 minutos de você, de carro. Os restaurantes são de primeira classe e todas as bebidas que você pode imaginar estão disponíveis. 10/10 visitaria novamente.

Esta es ahora mi cuarta propiedad de Four Seasons que he visitado, realmente me encanta esta marca. Todo es mucho más agradable y fácil cuando te quedas con ellos. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, una experiencia verdaderamente mágica. Me alojé en la habitación del nivel de entrada que era muy agradable, mi único inconveniente fue que la vista estaba parcialmente oscurecida por el diseño del edificio tan desnudo que en el mío. Los servicios de conserjería son muy buenos, quería visitar una playa agradable y tranquila para tomar unas copas y comer, organizaron todo mi transporte y reserva en Cove Beach. Disfruté del desayuno y el brunch en el restaurante y un tratamiento de spa, comentarios a seguir sobre esto. Buena ubicación con acceso directo al centro comercial. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta propiedad. Gracias Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dabi.

Como estándar de la marca Four Seasons, el lugar es deslumbrante y lleno de lujo. Sus habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El servicio de conserjería es excelente y puede conseguirte literalmente cualquier cosa que pidas. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son vírgenes y hermosas, especialmente por la noche. El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y su ubicación es excelente si quieres explorar todo Abu Dhabi ya que todo está a 20 minutos en coche. Los restaurantes son de primera clase y todas las bebidas que puedas imaginar están disponibles. 10/10 volvería a visitar.

This is now my 4th Four Seasons property I have visited, I genuinely love this brand. Everything is just so much nicer and easier when you stay with them. From checkin to checkout a truly magical experience. I stayed in there entry level room what was very nice, my only downside was the view was partly obscured by the design of the building so bare that in mine. Concierge services is so good, I wanted to visit a nice quiet beach for a few drinks and food, they arranged all my transportation and booking at Cove Beach. Enjoyed Breakfast and Brunch at there restaurant and a Spa treatment, reviews to follow on this. Good location with direct access to mall. I highly recommend this property. As standard per the Four Seasons brand the place is dazzling and full of luxury. It's rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can get you literally anything that you ask for. The views from the rooms are pristine and lovely, especially at night. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it's location is excellent if you want to explore all of Abu Dhabi as everything is 20 minutes away from you, by car. The restaurants are top class and every drink you can imagine is available. 10/10 would visit again.

Beautiful with fabulous restaurants, and (if it's your thing) loads of high end shopping. There are shops for mere mortals too‼️😜 Totally family oriented and a great place to pass the day - in my case drinking coffee and eating fantastic cakes.
