“Beautiful classic place. Rooms were nice, but nothing spectacular. All you get with a $500+ price tag a night is free coffee in the lobby. Room service is hard to get, no one answered the phone. Man who checked us in was not very nice and scoffed when I asked if there was anything offered for breakfast. The rest of the staff we encountered was very pleasant and front desk woman Kay offered to place my room service order for me which was great and she was wonderful. Bar Margo was a highlight of our stay. Spa staff was not great, didn’t explain what to do or where to go after we were in our robes. Massage was expensive and mediocre. All in all not worth the money IMO.”
