For people who travel in Toronto, be aware.. I book at Four Point Toronto Mississauga. I told them the online rate was $81 taxes included. They told me they would give me the same rate without problem, but of course could not provide me with a confirmation. (Apparently the system was down or something)This morning, I checked out and received the invoice. They charged me $96, so $15 more than what they agreed to. I usually do not complaint, but as a platinum member, the service was more than terrible. The desk agent was rude,obviously no upgrade, no free breakfast offered, small room with no amenidies, and to finish they were no light in the room as the light bulb was burned. Very disappointed 😔

The desk agent was rude, the ride from the airport is about 15 minutes, obviously no upgrade as an elite member, small room with no amenidies, and to finish they were no light in the room as the light bulb was burned. Very disappointed 😔

Eu já fiquei neste local várias vezes e estou muito satisfeito. Os funcionários da recepção são educados e simpáticos e o hotel está sempre calmo e tranquilo. Os quartos estão começando a mostrar sua idade, mas isso se reflete nos bons preços. No entanto, esta manhã (19 de fevereiro), tivemos um problema. A tarifa que pagamos incluía um check-out tardio às 14:00, mas concordei com a equipe da recepção que sairíamos ao meio-dia. Às 09:30 fomos convidados pela equipe de limpeza para sair mais cedo porque eles queriam limpar o quarto. Devo dizer que acho isso inaceitável, paguei o uso do quarto até o meio-dia e não deveria ter sido convidado para sair porque é mais conveniente para o pessoal. Com a quantidade de hotéis na região de Mississauga é muito fácil encontrar um motivo para ir a outro hotel da próxima vez, e é isso que pretendemos fazer. Se a equipe de limpeza estiver sobrecarregada, o quarto vazio que eu ocuparia na próxima semana certamente os ajudará a ter um dia mais fácil. PS, estávamos no quarto 504.

Me he alojado en este lugar varias veces y he quedado muy satisfecho. El personal de recepción es educado y amable y el hotel siempre está tranquilo y silencioso. Las habitaciones empiezan a mostrar su edad, pero eso se refleja en las buenas tarifas. Sin embargo, esta mañana (19 de febrero) tuvimos un problema. La tarifa que pagamos incluía una salida tardía a las 14:00, pero estuve de acuerdo con el personal de recepción en que saldríamos antes del mediodía. A las 09:30 el personal de limpieza nos pidió que nos fuéramos temprano porque querían limpiar la habitación. Debo decir que me parece inaceptable, pagué por el uso de la habitación hasta el mediodía y no debería haberme pedido que me fuera porque es más conveniente para el personal. Con la cantidad de hoteles en la región de Mississauga, es muy fácil encontrar una razón para ir a otro hotel la próxima vez, y eso es lo que pretendemos hacer. Si el personal de limpieza tiene exceso de trabajo, la habitación vacía que habría ocupado la próxima semana seguramente les ayudará a tener un día más fácil. PD, estábamos en la habitación 504.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and have been very satisfied. The front desk staff are polite and friendly and the hotel is always calm and quiet. The rooms are beginning to show their age, but that is reflected in the good rates. However this morning(Feb 19)we had an issue. The rate we paid included a late check-out of 14:00 but I agreed with the front desk staff that we would be out by noon. At 09:30 we were asked by the cleaning staff to leave early because they wanted to clean the room. I have to say that I find this unacceptable, I paid for the use of the room until noon and shouldn't have been asked to leave because it's more convenient for the staff. With the amount of hotels in the Mississauga region its very easy to find a reason to go to another hotel next time, and that is what we intend to do. If the cleaning staff are overworked then the empty room that I would have occupied next week will surely help them have an easier day. PS, we were in room 504.

Eu tinha perdido um vôo devido a um problema com a Air Canada e eles recomendam este hotel. Liguei para Shawn e ele me deu um bom negócio para um check-in antecipado e café da manhã. Ele saiu de seu caminho para me buscar o mais rápido possível e também acordou às 4 da manhã para garantir que eu teria uma carona para o aeroporto para meu próximo vôo. Ele é o epítome do excelente atendimento ao cliente. A equipe foi incrível e também muito útil. Eu recomendaria este hotel a ninguém!

I had missed a flight due to an issue with Air Canada and they recommend this hotel. I called Shawn and he gave me a good deal for an early check in and breakfast. He went out of his way to pick me as soon as possible and also woke up at 4 AM to ensure I had a ride to the airport for my next flight. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. The staff was amazing and also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Reservei este hotel para uma noite de estadia conectando pelo aeroporto de toronto. Eu tinha grandes esperanças devido ao seu Four Points by Sheraton, mas infelizmente o hotel não atendeu às expectativas normais de Four Point. O prédio é velho e cansado. Eles renovaram recentemente, é mais como "batom em porco". Meu quarto de hóspedes era uma mistura de móveis gastos e sujos, carpete e papel de parede novos. Além disso, o hóspede anterior obviamente tinha um cachorro na sala - havia pêlos de cachorro por todo o sofá e carpete, e o cheiro de cachorro pairava no ar. O banheiro foi reformado, mas já mostra sinais de desgaste. O ar condicionado não conseguia baixar a temperatura para uma temperatura confortável e fresca para dormir. A cama - não era confortável - e as camas Four Points são tipicamente muito confortáveis. O único fator redentor foi a equipe da recepção - muito amigável e acolhedor. Como um fiel viajante do Marriott Bonvoy, não posso recomendar este hotel.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay connecting through Toronto Airport. I had high hopes given its a Four Points by Sheraton, but unfortunately the hotel didn't live up to normal Four Point expectations. The building is old and tired. They have recently renovated it's more like "lipstick on a pig". My guest room was a mix of worn, dingy furniture and new carpet and wallpaper. Also the previous guest had obviously had a dog in the room - there was dog hair all over the couch and carpet, and the smell of dog lingered in the air. The bathroom was renovated, but already showing signs of wear down. The air conditioning couldn't bring the temperature down to a comfortable cool sleeping temperature. The bed - was just not comfortable - and Four Points beds are typically very comfortable. The one redeeming factor was the staff at the front desk - very friendly and welcoming. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy traveler I can't recommend this hotel.
