Decidimos ficar aqui pela taxa militar de apenas $ 96 dólares e, graças a Deus, só pagamos isso porque este quarto estava imundo. Manchas em todas as paredes, cortinas e banheiro. O chão parecia que não era aspirado há algum tempo e o estado das coisas era muito ruim. Não ficaria aqui novamente neste local, pois outros fairfield inns atenderam ao meu padrão, mas este local era nojento.

honestly not one to write reviews but this felt needed as normally this room would’ve cost 350+ dollars. We decided to stay here for the military rate of only $96 dollars and thank goodness we only paid that as this room was filthy. Stains all over the walls, curtains, and bathroom. The floor looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while and the condition of things were very poor. Would not stay here again at this location as other fairfield inns have met my standard but this location was disgusting 🤢

A nice newer upscale hotel that charges three times what it should for near the same as a bestwestern plus and throws you a cheap continental breakfast on check out. Room had ceiling repairs in progress in bathroom and some pillows smelled like left over women's purfume.

If you're planning a trip to Whitesands, then Alamogordo is your only choice to stay at. If you plan on staying at this Fairfield end, just make sure you are able to sleep in your vehicle or don't mind driving to 3 hours to Las Cruces when they cancel your reservations. They have no sympathy either that you are traveling with 3 children under the age of 10. At least they said they are sorry that they overbooked/ oversold, I guess that should be good enough for their patrons. They made their money for the night, why should they care about you.Wound up staying at the Motel 6 across the street instead. Not the nicest of accommodations,but at least it was a bed instead or a car.Oh, and don't expect Marriott's reservation guarantee to apply since they canceled your reservation the morning before you got there, you know when your actively traveling in cell service spotty areas. What a shame and a stainon Marriott's name.

Your better off getting a room somewhere else probably even the motel 6 across the street. You may think that when you select an early check in time online that you might arrive to a hotel room waiting for you or even one being cleaned when you get there so you have to wait a bit. Not here you can select check in early , get here at the time you selected on "their" app and when you walk in the lady at the counter is gonna just look at you and tell you there is nothing available for 5 hours because 3pm is when they are normally ready. You may even be puzzled as to why there isn't a room available when there are literally 10 cars in the parking lot but no worries you can rest assured that every room is dirty apparently. Long story short when you come here it better be after 3pm regardless of when your check in time is because screw your check in time they don't care.

Mini-café-da-manhã de cortesia com café, chá, suco etc., waffles, ovos, cereais, iogurte etc. As propriedades do Marriott têm algumas das camas e roupas de cama mais confortáveis.

NIce, clean and quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to main downtown area and dining. About an 1/2 hour away from Carlsbad Caverns. Free mini breakfast of Coffee tea juice etc., waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt etc. Marriott properties have some of the most comfy beds and bedding.

Vindo de outros estados, o hotel também tinha uma excelente política de máscaras. De tudo, o café da manhã foi o serviço mais excelente que este hotel nos ofereceu. Eles tinham waffles, bagels, iogurte, café e muito mais. Nossa breve estada neste hotel deu ótimas primeiras impressões e fez nossa viagem ao Novo México muito melhor.

Solo nos alojamos aquí por un día, pero nuestra experiencia fue genial. Las habitaciones / edificio se veía genial y no hubo problemas. La recepcionista fue muy amable y sincera (a diferencia de otros hoteles). Nos mostraron las dunas de arena blanca y nos prestaron trineos para una mejor experiencia (no sabíamos que se podía andar en trineo allí). Viniendo de otros estados, el hotel también tenía una excelente política de máscaras. De todo, el desayuno fue el servicio más excelente que nos presentó este hotel. Tenían gofres, bagels, yogur, café y mucho más. Nuestra breve estadía en este hotel dio excelentes primeras impresiones e hizo que nuestro viaje a Nuevo México fuera mucho mejor.

Don't stay here. Took about 45 mins to check in because they "just got a new system". By the time we were given a room key, we entered somebody else's room. After another 20 mins, finally got a room that was not what we reserved. The rooms were booked using Marriott rewards points and we were given a $0 balance receipt upon checkout. A couple weeks later, my husband had a $400+ charge on his corporate card. (He gave his personal card at check-in!) We both have called Marriott and the hotel directly with no help or explanation of charges. I was told the GM Stacey would be able to help,but I have left over 10 messages with no response. "Stacey" never seems to be there.

We only stayed here for one day but our experience was great . The rooms/building looked great and there were no problems. The receptionist was very kind and truthful (unlike other hotels). They showed us to the White Sand Dunes and lended us sleds for a greater experience (we didn't know you could sled there). Coming from other states, the hotel also had an excellent mask policy. Out of everything, the breakfast was the most excellent service presented to us by this hotel. They had waffles, bagels, yogurt, coffee and much more. Our brief stay at this hotel gave great first impressions and made our trip to New Mexico much better.
