“When I called to cancel the reservation because my wife was sick I was told I would receive a complete refund. I was refunded less than half of the two night stay. When I called to question the partial refund I was told that the manager would call me back. When I did not receive a return phone I called and spoke with the manager. He denied that the employee said a full refund would be provided and refused to provide the remainder of the refund.”
