“When I called to check on the rooms and make sure everything was set they stated that the pool was open from 8am-10pm. When we arrive there is a sign on the door saying it’s closed. When I asked they said it was still open and we could go in. We woke up at 8am the next morning to go in again we ate breakfast and our kids were in there bathing suits because we were going to swim right after the staff asked if we were going to swim as they said good morning too us. After we ate breakfast we were planning is what we told them and then after breakfast we walked in there to go swim. That’s when the staff that had seen us in our swimsuits the whole time we ate breakfast came in there and told us the pool did not open until 3pm. Not only did they never communicate that with us, we have too checkout by 11am. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication between staff since the man yesterday said it would be open at 8am and with staff too customer since we were not told the entire time it was not open. Now my kids are very upset since this is one of the only reasons we came too stay and that is why I was asking so much about it. Will not be back at this location.”

Quando liguei para verificar os quartos e certificar-se de que tudo estava definido, eles afirmaram que a piscina estava aberta das 8h às 22h. Quando chegamos, há uma placa na porta dizendo que está fechado. Quando perguntei, eles disseram que ainda estava aberto e poderíamos entrar. Acordamos às 8h da manhã seguinte para entrar novamente, tomamos café da manhã e nossos filhos estavam lá em trajes de banho porque íamos nadar logo após a equipe perguntar se nós íamos nadar como eles nos disseram bom dia também. Depois que comemos o café da manhã estávamos planejando é o que dissemos a eles e depois do café da manhã entramos lá para nadar. Foi quando a equipe que nos viu em nossos trajes de banho o tempo todo que tomamos café da manhã entrou lá e nos disse que a piscina não abria até as 15h. Não só eles nunca comunicaram isso conosco, mas também temos check-out às 11h. Estou muito frustrado com a falta de comunicação entre a equipe, pois o homem ontem disse que estaria aberto às 8h e com a equipe também com o cliente, pois não nos disseram o tempo todo que não estava aberto. Agora meus filhos estão muito chateados, pois essa é uma das únicas razões pelas quais viemos para ficar e é por isso que eu estava perguntando tanto sobre isso. Não estará de volta neste local.

Este foi um dos mais bonitos hotéis em que fiquei. Recentemente, mudamos para Marshall do Colorado e ficamos em um motel 6 muito pequeno na noite anterior, então meu marido ligou sobre a política de animais de estimação e para solicitar uma cama king size. A pessoa na recepção foi muito legal quando ligou para perguntar e o ajudou a configurar a reserva bem rápido! O check-in e o check-out também foram rápidos, e o café da manhã foi uma agradável surpresa! A cama king era muito confortável, havia uma boa quantidade de travesseiros esperando por nós, e meu marido foi capaz de fazer algum trabalho confortavelmente em sua mesa quando chegamos ao quarto. Vou recomendar que meus amigos e familiares fiquem lá se eles estiverem visitando.

Este fue uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Recientemente nos mudamos a Marshall desde Colorado, y nos hemos alojado en un Motel 6 realmente pequeño la noche anterior, por lo que mi esposo llamó sobre la política de mascotas y para solicitar una cama tamaño king. La persona en la recepción fue muy amable cuando llamó para preguntar, ¡y lo ayudó a configurar la reserva bastante rápido! El registro y la salida también fueron rápidos, ¡y el desayuno en la mañana fue una sorpresa agradable! La cama king era realmente cómoda, había una buena cantidad de almohadas esperándonos, y mi esposo pudo trabajar cómodamente en su escritorio cuando llegamos a la habitación. This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. We recently moved to Marshall from Colorado, and have stayed in a really small Motel 6 the night before, so my husband called about the pet policy and to request a king bed. The person at the front desk was really nice when he called to ask, and helped him set up the reservation pretty quick! Check in and check out were fast as well, and the breakfast in the morning was an pleasant surprise! The king bed was really comfortable, there was a good amount of pillows waiting for us, and my husband was able to do some work comfortably at his desk when we got to the room. I'm gonna recommend my friends and family stay there if they're ever visiting.

Reservé una habitación con una cama tamaño king con 2 semanas de anticipación. Se registró y consiguió una cama doble. El hotel estaba lleno, así que me quedé con eso. La cafetera no funcionaba en la habitación. Lo único caliente en el desayuno caliente era salsa de salchicha enlatada. Sin huevos y salchichas / tocino. Al menos la habitación y los pasillos estaban limpios.

Reservei um quarto com cama king size com 2 semanas de antecedência. Check-in e tem uma cama de casal. Hotel estava cheio tão preso com ele. A cafeteira não funcionou no quarto. A única coisa quente no café-da-manhã com pratos quentes foi calda de salsicha enlatada. Sem ovos e salsicha/bacon. Pelo menos o quarto e os corredores estavam limpos.

I reserved a room with a king size bed 2 weeks in advance. Checked in and got a double bed. Hotel was full so stuck with it. Coffee pot didn’t work in the room. Only thing hot on the hot breakfast was canned sausage gravy. No eggs and sausage / bacon. At least the room and hallways were clean.

Nice guy upfront. Doors didn't work with my card. Metal on bed frames stick out and got my ankle twice. Rooms need updated. More of an 70-80 room not over 100. Imo. Just go to the holiday Inn in Jackson

Las habitaciones están limpias, espaciosas. Tiene nevera, microondas y cafetera. Toda la propiedad está bien mantenida. El desayuno es excelente, la piscina está abierta, el jacuzzi aún no funciona. Todo el personal es fantástico, acogedor, conocedor y amable. Se enorgullecen de su trabajo y se nota. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel para una estancia corta o prolongada.

Os quartos são limpos, espaçosos. Possui geladeira, micro-ondas e cafeteira. Toda a propriedade está bem conservada. O café da manhã é ótimo, a piscina está aberta, a banheira de hidromassagem ainda está desligada. Toda a equipe é fantástica, acolhedora, qualificada, amigável. Eles se orgulham de seu trabalho e isso mostra. Recomendo este hotel para uma estadia curta ou prolongada.

Rooms are CLEAN, spacious. Has fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Entire Property is well maintained. Breakfast is great, pool is open, hottub is still down. The entire staff is fantastic, welcoming, knowlegable, friendly. They take pride in their job and it shows. Highly recommend this hotel for a short or extended stay.

¡Mi estadía aquí fue más que perfecta! Tuve una experiencia increíble. El personal fue muy acogedor y complaciente conmigo y con mi compañero en el ejército. My stay here was more then perfection! I had an over all amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to me and my partner in the military. Everything was very clean and fresh smelling. Had no problems with anything an checking in and out was as simple as can be! We are both very thankful for this experience especially for it being so last minute!!
