On a private street in downtown Milan, between Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, La Scala and the Accademia di Brera, in a tastefully renovated 18th-century Milanese palazzo is The Bvlgari Hotel Milano, a five star hotel situated in the cultural and commercial heart of a city that, behind its austere façades, hides delightful and unexpected courtyards and green spaces. One such space is the luxury hotel’s 4,000-square-meter private garden, a natural extension of the nearby Botanical Garden, a restorative oasis of serenity and relaxation in the midst of Milan’s busy pace. The earliest mention of the original layout of the Bvlgari Hotel garden is found in the Ruralium Commodorum by Piero de Crescenza, from 1305. The fireplace in the lounge, made of black Zimbabwe granite, weighs 15 tonnes. One can visit the adjacent Botanical Garden inside the enormous Palazzo di Brera, which also hosts the Pinacoteca.

Que Lugar Lindo gente. Pareci um castelo da Barbie, e é claro que eu me senti assim né gente. Adorei me hospedar, os funcionários estão a todo instante dispostos a atender da melhorforma possível... Adorei ficar aqui.

Massagem 5 estrelas, mas os vestiários e a área de recepção são um pouco pequenos e não correspondem ao nome do hotel. Cheguei com outras duas pessoas e nos revezamos para trocar porque éramos realmente um em cima do outro. Idem quando cheguei na recepção. Não há hidratante no vestiário e havia apenas um telefone. Acostumado a ter spas desse nível em Milão, esperava mais. Pessoal muito gentil e ainda útil.

Masaje de 5 estrellas, pero los vestuarios y la zona de recepción son un poco pequeños y no están a la altura del nombre del hotel. Llegué con otras dos personas y nos turnamos para cambiarnos porque en realidad éramos uno encima del otro. Lo mismo ocurre cuando llegué a la recepción. No hay crema hidratante en el vestuario y solo había un teléfono. Acostumbrado a spas de este nivel en Milán, hubiera esperado más. Personal muy amable y servicial.

Estive pela primeira vez no vosso spa e fiquei surpreendido com a formação e profissionalismo dos vossos funcionários, a minha reserva incluía uma massagem e uma estadia no spa. Fui recebido por uma garota muito ensolarada na recepção que muito gentilmente me aconselhou a fazer a massagem, já que a massagem era perfeita eu precisava relaxar mas ao mesmo tempo queria uma pressão forte o suficiente, o massagista era muito bom obrigado Paolo pelo excelente trabalho, com certeza voltarei, me senti acolhido e mimado apesar de ser minha primeira vez em seu Spa te vejo em breve.

Queríamos um aperitivo por volta das 18h de sexta-feira. Esperamos 10 minutos até que o chefe da sala se deu ao trabalho de nos dar uma resposta: há mesas livres de que precisamos para o jantar. E isso podemos concordar na mesa perto da entrada. Mas temos que esperar para ficarmos limpos. Esperamos, .... e então fomos lá.

Unfortunately we came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and were hugely disappointed….the food missed the mark for a five star hotel both in presentation and taste. Such a pity ☹️

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location - it's in the Center of Milan, in between Via Brera and Via Montenapoleone, next to the Orto Botanico di Brera, and it feels like being in a sumptuous oasis in the midst of a busy city. It's relaxing, quiet, luxurious, elegant, with very corteous, kind staff, amazing rooms, and a great outside space with a garden to enjoy your breakfast and/or some drinks. I've been to Bulgari Hotels in London, Milan, Dubai and Beijing, and I think this is the best amongst them - it's in the details. Unfortunately I was super busy and could not check the spa, but I'm sure it is fantastic like in other Bulgari Hotels (the one in London was superb, and when I was living there, it was our favourite way to spend the weekend). If you have the chance to stay there, do not think twice! (Oh, and the beautiful toiletries in the room, with the signature scents elevates even more the experience).

Loved that Hotel. I have stayed in Bulgary hotel also in Barcelona/Spain, was just as stylish and comfortable experience. Clean, well organized, central located and good service. I especially liked design of that Hotel. Chic and yet very clear lines, soft colours, very Manhattan like. Absolutely loved it! Recommend, especially for business trips. Amazing stay at the BVLGARI HOTEL MILANO. We stayed several nights in a friends group of 7 people and starting from the rooms, to the amazing breakfast it is unbeatable in Milan. A definately go to not only for the impeccable style but also for the casual but very elegant service. One night they had left to complete bar open for us in order to have drinks and finish our very interesting discussion. A safe bet if you like relaxed luxury and modern, elegant hotels. Big shout out to the concierge, FO staff, restaurant and Bar Teams! Thank you for a fabulous stay and unforgettable time! These days were like an endless holiday!
