“Room is nice, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Check-in/out is flexible, free bicycle rental, near the river and Park, short walk (15mins) to the old town HOWEVER the front desk staff just completely ruined our overall experience in NH hotel. We spent REST of our stay elsewhere (6 nights) after staying one night in NH.”

“This hotel is not 4* in any aspect. I received for some reason the handicap room, whereas the place was not full, and it was really inconvenient. The room smelled bad, the toilet seat was dirty as well as other parts of the bathroom. I had the AC running all night to get some air, as the windows cannot be opened, but this is somewhat noisy and I could not really cool down the room even on full power. The staff is not competent or helpful at all, on the best days they were doing avarage job - 20-30 mins waiting for someone to serve us at the bar at 9 (we were the only gueste, there was a brb sign left there) which is supposed to be open until 11, but closes actually much earlier. Receptionist did not even give direction to the room or to the restaurant, just upon asking for it. The room was not cleaned daily, they just emptied the bin. The breakfast was also not 4* quality, the vegetables were not fresh and have been sliced in gigantic pieces. Some positive things I can highlight is the good coffee and the location - there is a park behind and from the bar you have a quite place to sit outside.”
