My husband and I have been staying at the Home2Suites in Corona for over three months due to a slab leak. Shannon and Denis at the front desk are awesome. All the staff are great. Shannon greeted us and signed us up. They made us feel welcome from day one. She offered assistance with submitting payments to our insurance company for our stay. The hotel has a family vibe. The rooms are clean and breakfast is awesome. You can’t beat the location as well. It’s walking distance from Trader Joe’s, restaurants, stores, gas station and a theater. For short or long term stay I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this property. Front desk service was excellent. Room was nice, with everything we needed. Close to several shops and restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Highly recommend a stay here.

Had an amazing employee by the name of Shannon claxton who took care of every step of the way when I was getting checked in. Positive attitude and very empathic. Definitely award winning service. Would tell anyone wanting to stay in Corona to stay here.

Beware staying here! I travel a great deal and have never experienced a worse situation. I reserved a room, using points, months in advance. Upon arrival/check-in we were told by the front desk that the hotel was sold out. The desk clerk said this happened before her shift & wasn’t her fault. We shared our confirmation number on the App and then they told us our reservation was found & a room was available for us. Keys were provided & we headed up the elevator with our luggage. Only problem was, the keys didn’t work. My husband went back downstairs, they made new keys, surprise - still didn’t work. We were beginning to think someone was in the room with the door locked from the inside. The front desk was flustered & we asked them to come to the 4th floor to check the key. They couldn’t open the door either so they knocked & walked back to the elevator. Long story short, security confirmed who was in the room. So we had no where to go. Home2 Suites Corona did nothing to help us find another room. We ended up spending close to an hour in the lobby, calling other hotels. Found a vacancy 10 miles away & paid over $200. Hilton’s follow up & customer service have been non-existent. I spent an hour on the phone the following day. They said the hotel manager would follow-up, my confirmation was put in someone else’s name, they promised to refund my points back to my account & assist with the other hotel bill all within 48 hours. 10 days later, after no word, I called Hilton to inquire about my points & the status. They opened a second case & was told I need to wait another 48 hours for resolution, again. Such disappointing service!

The hotel itself was pretty good. We had a great experience at check-in with Alexis. She was very welcoming and friendly. Room had everything we needed and was clean. Breakfast was good. Lots of options and was well stocked. A major disappointment was when we went downstairs for breakfast on our last day and hear the desk clerk having a conversation with a male who did not appear to be a guest (and was possibly under the influence of drugs) speaking negatively about a particular profession, law enforcement to be exact. They had no consideration for anyone in the lobby that may work in said profession and as an employee of the hotel, the desk clerk should have put a stop to that conversation the second the males started his ranting. As an employee of the hotel, the employee is responsible for making guests feel welcome, no matter what profession, and we definitely did not. As Hilton Honors members we have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels and never had such a distasteful experience.
