“I am not sure what Westin Galleria hotel ratings are, but its really leaning into giving you less for less during covid time. Dropped in Easter weekend, and the final 4 crowd was here. No room service and or room cleaning unless you request it. AND as the mall was closed for Easter, you are SOL for food. Staff was friendly enough but seriously at this point you are paying an extra 150 dollars from best western for thicker walls and better location.”
