“I was really happy with my stay at Sheraton West in MN. My check in was easy and they let me check in early. The server I had for breakfast, Mario, was extremely kind and made sure that I was happy with my food and gave me to go cups for my coffee which was very helpful! The room was very clean and spacious. There wasn't any natural light and since the pool is in the middle of the hotel, I could hear people swimming but those weren't too big of a deal. This hotel is close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and close to the highway. It also has a lot of parking! I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel for my next trip to MN.”

“Needed the room moved twice--first time was wrong placement, second was that the thermostat wouldn't work, vanity was broken, and no soap was in the restroom. The final room was humid and musty. Old TVs with cumbersome remotes. Smells like chlorine due to a centrally - located pool. Alternatively, the service for shifting rooms and addressing our stay was great. Great location.”
