The rooms were spacious.Beds very comfortable.Room was cleaned so well and staff very accomdating and professional and also friendly.We had a fantastic time on the roof top bar and pool. There is also a gym.. The restaurant at the facility is 5 star. We will definitely return when in Puebla. We'll recommended. Worth the extra.”

“The Rosewood Puebla is an impeccable boutique hotel in Puebla city, Mexico.
The hotel is five floor high and is beautiful, very quaint and comfortable...and nothing like the big chain hotels (thank goodness!). The service from every staff was extremely attentive.
The rooms are large, and the amenities luxurious. The bedding material, towels and bathrobes are of high quality and are obviously a point of pride for the hotel. There is a minibar, a nespresso machine and available room service. Plenty of closet space invites one to unpack. The lighting in the room can be dimmed to all likings with minute adjustments...a nice touch.
The layout of the Rosewood is very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the open area bar and pool on the top floor after a long day of work and sightseeing. The same floor houses a gym that offers all the necessary workout equipment, and there is Spa service for those that desire it.
For breakfast, the restaurant on the first floor offers buffet style with the possibility of special order from the grill. The service is prompt, the staff smiling and accommodating.
For shopping, the main plaza and stores are about a five minute walk away. Armed with a map from the helpful front desk staff, we ventured out (a word of caution: most stores only open at 10am). There are all sorts of things to buy and vendors are very pleasant. The local crafts were our favourites.
