“He visitado varios hoteles en Madrid y sin duda, este es uno de los mejores de la ciudad: buenas habitaciones, la comida está exquisita y se sitúa en una zona muy bien comunicada (sobre todo, si eres madridista y quieres ver un partido al Santiago Bernabéu, pilla a 5 minutos ANDANDO). Pero, sobre todo, lo que quiero destacar más es el personal del hotel: limpieza, recepción, cocina y camareros... Son todos muy amables, cuidadosos y atentos. Creo que son los que mantienen la esencia tan espectacular del hotel.”
