“We had to cancel a trip to New Orleans in December because COVID flared up again and our two year old won’t wear a mask on an airplane. We cancelled well in advance of our cancellation cut off and they assured us that our stay was successfully cancelled and we wouldn’t be charged any fees.Fast forward several weeks later to our originally planned check-in date and we notice that they have charged our card $500–yes $500–for a no-show fee. When we called to let them know that we had cancelled weeks ago, they said that they had no record of the cancellation and refused to reverse the charge unless we could provide proof of this. They never sent us a cancellation email (our bad, we should have demanded one at the time, I guess) but we trusted them when they had told us that it was cancelled weeks ago.We offered to send them all of the airline, dining and other lodging cancellations corresponding to this stay but they refused to take them. All in all very disappointing. They should stand behind their promises and instead are charging us $500 for the ineptitude of their staff in failing to cancel our reservation weeks ago when we had first called. Too bad because we come to New Orleans about once a year with friends and would never entertain staying here again. Asked to speak to a manager and that never happened either. Shameful way to do business.”

“Este lugar es muy bueno tiene muy buenas habitaciones se descansa muy agusto despues de estar de viaje un rato el lugar esta muy bien las habitaciones estan muy buenas las camas muy comodas y la habitacion limpia y muy bien decorada , me gusto bastante”
