“Reservado com várias semanas de antecedência. Tentei fazer o check-in em 1610, mas o quarto não estava pronto. Isso nunca aconteceu antes em meus muitos anos como cliente da Scandic, sempre fui verificado o mais tardar 1500. Recebi uma explicação razoável na recepção do porquê a sala não estava pronta. Se você não tiver prioridade se não fizer o check-in online, eles priorizam o $$$ daqueles que fazem check-out tardio e não de novos hóspedes. Vamos considerar se continuaremos a ter a Scandic como nossa rede de hotéis Pri 1. Devo dizer que não havia muitos hóspedes no hotel, sentou-se na recepção e esperou.”
