“El interior del hotel es espectacular! ¡La ubicación es excelente! ¡Las habitaciones son hermosas! Pero... hay dos bares contiguos al hotel, que nunca han sido un problema en todos mis años de viaje. Sin embargo, hay altavoces en el exterior del edificio que reproducen música en Forbes Avenue. Tocaron música toda la noche en una Forbes Avenue vacía. El bajo resonó en toda nuestra habitación durante toda la noche. Me quejé a la recepción. Su respuesta fue que no hay nada que ella pueda hacer al respecto. Cuestioné sobre la garantía de satisfacción de Hilton. Dijo que tampoco podía hacer nada al respecto. Salimos a las 5:30 am y cancelamos nuestros planes restantes en Pittsburgh ese fin de semana. Por $226, nos mantuvieron despiertos TODA LA NOCHE en una bonita habitación. Ni siquiera recibimos un "lo siento". Hemos sido fieles clientes de la cadena Hilton, esto cambiará.ACTUALIZACIÓN: Después de recibir una respuesta del gerente del hotel, me comuniqué con él, tal como lo solicitó. “É limpo, ótima localização e a recepção é sempre útil. O restaurante é bom, mas caro - mesmo com estacionamento. Minha única reclamação é o café da manhã pelo alto preço do hotel foi literalmente uma garrafa de suco de maçã e duas opções de comida um queijo dinamarquês embrulhado ou um muffin de queijo embrulhado 💀 Só acho que o preço deste hotel é caro. Localização agradável e incrível sim, mas muito caro.”
