“The front desk man that greeted us was super sweet and helpful but, there are a few reasons for the one star review, the BIGGEST reason being the hotel room itself. The pictures online are NOT like the way they are in real life, don't waste your money here. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, the waiter we had was terrible, never even came back to our table, the bartenders were okay, looked like they hated working there. We went back to our room and finally pulled back the sheets just to see there was HAIR all over the bed and pillows. Super upsetting I had someone bring us clean sheets to put on the bed. The manager only wanted to comp our parking and I said that's crazy to AT LEAST comp the dinner which by the way was not worth $65, no apologies from the manager or a single word to us for the dirty bed. Worst hotel I've stayed at, look else where and save your money!!!!”

“This place is always busy, but well kept. There was a middle school girl's volleyball tournament with something like 2000+ participants staying here so the lobby/elevator transit was ultra annoying. Protip: Ask if there are any group conventions staying at the hotel before booking. Great views of downtown and really close to all kinds of food. Really big empty grass lot right across the hotel drive is great to let your pet use the restroom. Six lobby elevators are very fast. Small rooms but everything you need. Shower was roomy with great pressure, high head was nice for tall folks.”
