“Es la gente la que hace que un lugar sea memorable.Llegué a un evento de trabajo con algunas personas un viernes por la noche. Las mujeres de la recepción fueron fantásticas. La habitación no tenía sábanas ni almohada y ella solucionó nuestro problema de inmediato. La piscina estaba bien, pero el jacuzzi necesita ayuda. Le doy 5 estrellas por el excelente servicio al cliente. Voy a muchos hoteles y volveré a ver a Gail cada vez que esté en Lansing por trabajo. gracias por una gran estancia 💞”

“1st off, I would like to say that I have high standards when it comes to where I pay to lay my head. I look at every picture, review and website before I decide. However, I was in a hurry when booking here so I came in without any knowledge of the place other than it had the pool and hot tub we were looking for... Anyways, I must say that I am so glad I didn't read the reviews before booking bc I would have been mislead and missed out on a EXCELLENT HOTEL & GREAT STAY! The rooms are nice & clean. The king bed was comfy! My son stayed on the sofa bed and he had no complaints.We also got to enjoy the complimentary breakfast! And that was amazing! There was lots to choose from! An actual hot breakfast! (Since covid, a lot of places I stayed at previously, only offered muffins or pastries.)Overall, I am so happy with our stay and DEFINITELY plan to stay here EVERY TIME! Pools nice,rooms great, staff are friendly and just an overall great experience. THANK YOU HAMPTON INN & STAFF FOR THE AWESOME STAY!”
