“Después de una larga búsqueda, elegí Divan Ankara Hotel para quedarme con mi familia por 1 noche y estamos muy contentos con esta decisión como familia. El hotel está muy limpio, todo es muy nuevo y los empleados son muy amables e interesados. Mi expectativa personal de un hotel es dormir bien y limpiar. El Diván cumple con todos estos más que suficiente. Algunos hoteles de 5 estrellas en Ankara son viejos y no están realmente limpios, si no conoce ningún hotel en Ankara y está buscando, elija este hotel a ciegas. La sección de gimnasio y spa es realmente buena. La única crítica menor se puede hacer sobre el desayuno. Las opciones son limitadas, pero cuando pedí menemen, lo hicieron y el personal fue muy servicial en todos los sentidos, lo cual fue una parte adicional del servicio que recibimos.”

“O fato é que 5 estrelas voaram para a ventilação! O sistema de ar condicionado do hotel como um todo não funciona. Li os comentários e vejo que este é um problema muito antigo. Toda a equipe trabalha duro e sorri docemente - em vão. Não há nada para respirar à noite - todo o trabalho da equipe e serviço não importa para quem vem ao hotel. Eu quero mandar tudo embora. Isso é real - um problema que ninguém resolve. Ótimo cozinheiro, equipe competente - fuja do trabalho! É necessário mudar completamente o sistema de ventilação e ar condicionado. Eu não recomendo a ninguém vir aqui - é uma noite sem dormir. Dinheiro desperdiçado. Só o chef é jovem, tudo é muito gostoso.”
