“My stay hasn't been pleasant at all. My mom and I booked a five day stay and we are only staying one night. When my mom and I checked into our room, I sprayed everything down to sanitize the room. When I went to sanitize the bed I noticed that there was a bug in the bed. Thankfully my mother told me to take a picture. When I spoke to the manager he was very dismissive which is poor customer service. They changed our room but the housekeeper did a rush job. It wasn't her fault, she was technically off. The second room had hair on the toilet lid and when we opened the toilet there was more hair. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. The staff needs a refresher training on customer service. This is a trying time for everyone and a hotel should be an enjoyable experience.”

“My fiancé and I booked a 5 night stay at the hotel and not once did we get our room cleaned, fresh towels, or washcloths. We asked the staff on multiple occasions if we could get new towels sent up to our room, and each staff member assured us that someone was going to come and drop them off, but no one ever did. The frustrating part is that we were told, upon check-in, that due to COVID we needed to talk to someone at the front desk to have the request arranged... which we did, and it was never done. Another issue was the trash. We were on the 30th floor and the trash by the elevator was over flowing, leading to trash accumulating around the bin. This was a very disappointing experience and overpriced with all things considered.”
