“La primera noche estuvimos en una habitación en la quinta planta, habitación renovada nos dijeron, pero pegada al ascensor, ruido a todas horas. Cambiamos a la tercera planta, está no renovada, aunque amplia y confortable. Aunque para ser un 4 estrellas superior, no lo calificaría como tal, lo dejaría en 4. Su personal excelente, muy atentos en todo momento.”

“A disappointing stay! I'm amazed at how nonfunctional the newly decorated rooms (we stayed in 785 and 501) were. We had a 2 night stay and had to pack and switch rooms due to the electricity going out. There was no manager or maintenance person on call, nor was there any sort of room credit.
Whomever designed the rooms including their furniture and choice of fixtures should go back to design school.
