The Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort is one of the friendliest hotels in the U.S. From the moment we stepped out the taxi to check in, we were greeted with smiles and helpful staff. My husband and I wanted to get away for a couple of weeks and relax, and the hotel had the amenities to help us do just that. Our room overlooked the beach, and was quite spacious. The hotel rooms were very clean, and every effort was made by attentive staff to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves at the fitness center, the pool, and walking along the beach (a few steps from our door) every day! This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years!

I normally don't care enough to leave a review, but this Resort and Staff deserve the 5-star applause. We are here celebrating the soon arrival of our third little one--relaxation was priority. Also, this was our first trip to Ft. Lauderdale so we were hesitant about what to expect. The hotel, location, restaurants, market, beach all exceeded with flying colors. The hotel staff was one of the friendliest, helpful and welcoming staffs I have ever encountered. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and atmosphere. We walked down there to enjoy the fire pit (and desserts) every night. We have decided to come here on a yearly basis and we won't stay anywhere else.

Average to bad On arrival we were greeted nicely by the receptionist the moment I started asking questions I was given the look and the receptionist started to fume: I was asking about how to use the bicycles and how to get the beach towels and seats - go to the bicycle and figure it out , go to the beach and figure it out. I got in to the room and the floor and windows were dirty with fine dark dust. We noticed because ours and the kids feet became black. We asked them to clean it, someone came and still dirty floors. They came again and again and at some point they finally got it. Then we went to the balcony … and same thing but we didn’t manage to get them to clean that, we lost that battle, same with the ocean view windows. Managers came and went and reassured us they would take care of it but nothing. We avoided asking the receptionist because they would just not share more than two sentences without going ballistic. At some point we gave up, we could enjoy the vacation despite not getting what we paid for or stay mad and calling over and over without getting anything out of it. The people at the pool were the best! Helpful, kind, the lady doing crafts with the kids was phenomenal! In summary, for a 4 resort hotel, in an ocean view suite to have so many issues with cleanliness which it is just not worth it.

Came here for a wedding. Parking cost about $24 for about 5 hours. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. I arrived early enough so traffic wasn't bad. Leaving at 1pm on a Saturday there was traffic but it's on the beach so that was expected. The room I was in was very spacious and nice. The view from the wrap around balcony was amazing. I could see hard rock and the ocean at the same time.

We had the best time at this resort and will be back again! When we first booked we were hesitant about the beach being across the street. It is still so close and wasn't an issue at all. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.They even surprised us with bubbly in our room for our anniversary. Everything is in walking distance so we didn't touch our car the whole stay. The hotel restaurants are fantastic, pool views are beautiful and or ocean view balcony view was the best. We love this resort and highly recommend it!

Spent 5 days here for a spring vacation from the Northeast. Staff were excellent. Hotel restaurants were great. Room was clean with a view. Yoga offered daily on roof top rotunda (with beautiful view of beach). Steph, Jeff and Christina were the best. Very skilled in their knowledge of yoga and personal training. I've been to some resorts where it clear the instructor had no business guiding yoga classes--not the case here at all. I would stay at the Hilton again.

Hotel was clean, but seemed understaffed and under supplied. We had a friend staying on the couch and they had no extra fitted sheets or pillows in the hotel (not just in the room, we called room service). Our 1BR suite had one thermostat so with the door closed the bedroom was freezing while the living room was quite warm.Our room had a kitchen that wasn’t stocked with anything and when we called for some glasses we got 4 mixed glasses of different styles, one with a non-Hilton logo. Not a huge deal, but certainly odd.Valet was quick, but pricey and there is no self park option. I like the valet option, but if you are traveling with a car full of stuff and want to manage it yourself, it makes the loading and unloading a bit more stressful.The stay was quiet and peaceful, but we didn’t feel it was worth the price. If you get a deal then it’s a great place to stay. Location is excellent.

Location was superior.Could walk to everything Condition was fine and what you expect to find from a major hotel brand in this location at this price point. I booked the highest classification suite they offered at this property, but was given an inferior room (essentially two normal adjoining rooms) with nothing said (I guess they were just hoping i wouldn't notice).I noticed it was nothing like the description of the room I booked and confronted the front desk.They couldn't move me to my correct room since the property was fully booked.It didn't ruin my trip, but definitely felt taken advantage of.

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is an enjoyable, clean, superbly staffed hotel at every level. They maintain the high standards that you expect. It was silent to sleep. You can be completely private, or choose one of their restaurants to be social. Beyond the lobby, other guests were nearly invisible. No concerns of any kind - but had there been concerns, I’m confident that the staff would resolve everything immediately. They are all focused on assuring a great experience for guests. Room service was actual good food (not just burgers etc.). The location is perfect for a walk to fun and shopping, or just along the beach. Easy to get an Uber. They even have a TESLA CHARGER. I could not have been happier. And this will be my Ft. Lauderdale hotel going forward.

My fiance and I stayed here for a much needed get away from the cold. We couldn't have been happier with the service and the amenities the hotel provided. Our ocean room view was beautiful! I had a day at the spa which was amazing and very reasonably priced compared to other resorts I've stayed at. Our last day we got a beautiful cabana at the pool (also reasonably priced) with impeccable service. We will definitely come back!

As someone who goes traveling with their family quite often I can say that the accommodations that this resort gives and the service provided was amazing. However, the rooms being amazing were a little bit dated and the paintings on the walls were basic. I had an overall great stay everything about this hotel is amazing except for the datedness of the rooms. The location was perfect there were so many amazing places nearby and a truly amazing walk during the day or nighttime. This was a fantastic place to spend our vacation and I would definitely come here again. The pool was fantastic and so were the hot tubs! In general amazing service and hotel but could use something to give it a little bit more life.

I had a great experience at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. I reached out to the hotel via Hilton App before arrival and requested for an upgrade for celebrating anniversary and holiday and Lauren kindly helped me making the upgrade before arrival. While I was checking in at the hotel, Sam at the reception desk was extremely helpful with finding the best rooms available and also offered me the benefits that made my stay extraordinary. We got a room with very nice view and had a really good time. Lauren and other team members continuously checking in during my stay and I was also seeing the GM of the hotel multiple times walking around, talking to people and making sure everyone is having a good time. Great hotel, with great location and excellent service!

There was some really fabulous things about this hotel and some really not so great.We stayed in a 2 bedroom "ocean view" suite. This is simply false advertising - you could only see the ocean if you were out on the balcony or from one tiny corner of one of the bedrooms.I've posted a photo so you can see.For a 1600 suite to have about 10 square feet where you can kind of see the ocean is terrible! We were told all of the two bedroom suites are on the back (west) side of the hotel. We were also directly above the loud construction and beeping of the vehicles started at about 7am and went all day!I Asked about another option for 4 adults and was told there was none (I was willing to pay to upgrade) and then the lady at the front desk proceeded to answer the phone and ignore me while I was asking her questions about the one hand towel in the room and no kitchen supplies.We also encountered problems every time we went to get our 2 beach chairs we weren't on the list. The parking fee on top of the resort fee is pretty pricy. All these things layered together become pretty frustrating.There was some nice things too. Because it was near Christmas there was some really great daily activities and I would receive a text message each day reminding us.Also great location, and clean hotel. The night manager is awesome. If it weren't for these things I'd give it a 2 because of the service and the ocean view.

É composta por um pequeno hall, banheiro com chuveiro e jacuzzi, quarto com armário e móvel com gavetas, tábua de passar roupas, uma sala com um sofá e uma poltrona, uma cozinha compacta com geladeira, fogão, cafeteira e microondas e uma varanda com vista para o mar. Duas TVs de tela plana no quarto e na sala. Garagem com manobrista pagos à parte. Restaurante no sexto andar. Direito a usar duas cadeiras e toalhas de praia. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos.

Alquilamos una habitación al frente con un gran balcón, la vista es perfecta y los amaneceres espectaculares 😍. La cocina no estaba equipada y tocó llamar para q nos trajeran vasos y platos. Nevera y lavaplatos estan gastados 🥴. No habían toallas ni productos de aseo como es usual en los hoteles. Fue decepcionante saber q no nos estaban esperandos. El sofá cama tampoco está hecho 😞. El area de la piscina esta bien al igual que el restaurante.

Hotel area is great. Nice beach and places to eat.Took off stars because our $600/night room had no soap or toilet paper when we arrived. Took 8 hours to get it. Had to call multiple times. Our safe also was locked when we got there. We called to have it opened. They said engineers would be right up. They never came.

Highly impressed by the customer service skills displayed by the staff. They were prompt with our requests, and always made sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm glad we chose to stay at the Hilton and I can safely say that I will be back. Hopefully in an even nicer suite:) My ONLY complaint is the valet parking fee ($50 a night), which I think is a bit too much. I would hope that the parking fee could be covered by the $40 resort fee you're required to pay. We had a wonderful stay regardless. Highly recommend this hotel.

As a Hilton Diamond Member and frequent business traveler...my wife and I chose the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort to celebrate our anniversary. The positives about the hotel include: 1. Great Location (close to shops / restaurants), 2. Cleanliness of the hotel / room; 3. Very attentive and cordial staff; 4. Excellent restaurants on-site; 5. Pool area; 5. Proximity to the beach.........My areas of disappointment were mainly regarding the high price of the amenities: 1. Parking ($46 / night); 2. Can of soda ($5); 3. Cup of tea at the restaurant ($6); 4. Beach umbrella ($29 / day). While I can certainly afford the amenities, there is just no reason the hotel has to gouge customers for small items. Based on the price of the rooms, the items listed above should be at fair market price. For those looking to stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort my recommendation is to purchase what you need prior to arriving to ensure you are not forced to buy on-site.

really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located. It had a decent assortment of restaurants and shops nearby. It is located just across the street from the beach (which appears to be well maintained). The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Very simple check in and check out process. I would only recommend that since you already pay the resort fee per night, that the umbrellas at the beach be included with you chairs instead of the additional charge. I also wish that all of the taxes/fees/additional charges would have been included in my booking through a third party travel company. Would have made it just that much more seamless. We didn't deal with a whole lot of noise or anything, except for the last night that we were there, it seemed like they put someone next to us, that also had another room across the hall, that person kept going from one room to the other and letting the door slam atleast 30+ times. That didn't have much to do with the hotel, just another inconsiderate guest. All in all, I really enjoyed the stay and given the opportunity would stay here again.

This was the most seamless, professional, thoughtful experience I’ve had. From the moment we pulled up the customer service was impeccable. Valet was so quick and personable. Harrell even helped us find someone to wash our car while we were here! Having the Hilton Honors app was such a major key. Literally! The app has a digital key that allows you to open your room door amongst so many other things like exploring the hotel and area as well as chatting with staff (Casey) for any needs. I really feel like this resort has gone the extra mile to keep up with modern advancements yet balance real person engagement. I have no complaints at all. No stone unturned. There’s just so much more I could say about the room being comfortable, the restaurants serving yummy food, the poolside service, bike rentals, beach chairs, discounts at the shops, ALL included in our stay. At this point I’d be afraid to stay elsewhere out of fear they wouldn’t be able to meet/exceed these standards. Lastly, I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hand sanitizer stations all throughout, including in the elevators. Easily a 5 star experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Sam, at the front desk was our favorite person there. He was always going above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. When they say this is a 5 star resort, they mean it. The food was absolutely amazing! Hands down, the best sushi I have ever eaten in the United States at S3 restaurant. The room was great, and the view was even better. This resort is very centrally located to other restaurants and bars, and all can be accessed by walking by the beach. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

*I give a 3.5 out of 5*I enjoyed my stay.Some of the positives were: 1) The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating.They communicated very well and fulfilled our requests. 2) I'd also like to give a special thank you to Michaela for moving our room location away from the construction side of the hotel. 3) Funky Fish Ocean Camp is AWESOME for the kids! Worth every penny!However there are a few things that could be improved upon: 1) Enforce the mask policy!They have signs everywhere but continuously allow guests to walk throughout the property without them. 2) Lack of wash clothes is unacceptable.I requested clean wash clothes, twice, only to be told that they didn't have any available. 3) Cleanliness of the pool deck.Needs to be better maintained by the cleaning staff. Wet tissues floating about is not sanitary. 4) With the expensive resort fee, the least they could do is provide a free umbrella along with the two chairs.Guests should not be charged $25. 5) Clarify the parking situation for guests. One desk attendant said it was free; another said there was a daily fee of $46 + tax. 6) "Free" bikes -- the policy should be to sign out the bikes with the front desk or valet stand.Guests should not have to download an additional app to access the "free" bikes. 7) "Kids eat free" -- The restaurant in which the promotion is offered is a gourmet market.We were under the impression that it was an actual full service restaurant. 8) An airport shuttle should be provided.Even if they partner up with other Hilton properties, there is no reason that they don't have a hotel shuttle with being less than 10 miles from FLL.

Hotel is great for friendly staff and super rooms.However the group is struggling to provide a normal level of services for too many guests.Lack of oversight at the pool lead to several days of less than family appropriate crowds because of drinking - for Hilton quality, there should be levels of decorum enforced.Breakfast rate is offered, but does not equate to a buffet but to credits which are less than the difference of the rate.Management addressed this quickly, but the hotel should not offer this option.

We visited this place 2 weeks ago. Being a gold member, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a king 1 bedroom apartment. Place was very nice and clean. They have Lysol wipes everywhere which gave us peace of mind. Walking distance to private beach. Place is expensive and valet is $50/day. But the upgrade made our stay super comfortable.

My wife and I were just married here this past weekend. Honestly, I wasn’t too thrilled with the whole experience. The wedding was decent, but I feel like the price we paid didn’t quite add up to what we received. I was extremely annoyed with the fact that even after paying over $6,000 for the wedding, I was still expected to pay $270 for a room for a night. It seems like that should have been included. I was also told the resort fee would be waived, it wasn’t, so I ended up being charged $300 for the night. This was even explained to the front desk agent, Rosa, but apparently she didn’t remove it. The most annoying thing though was after a long day dealing with our wedding, we returned to our room to find out that the Air Conditioning wasn’t working anymore and our room was hot and not cooling. Being after midnight, the last thing I wanted to do was move rooms, especially on our wedding night. So we had to open doors for the balconies and hope that the outside air would cool the room down some, which it did. Nice thing, it has beautiful scenery for a wedding and right next to the beach. Most staff was friendly and accommodating but in the end, I felt like I was sucked dry over small fees that kept popping up and room charges, etc. I would not return to this property in all honesty.

Hermoso hotel a la orilla de la playa, por lo que su ubicación es excelente al igual que sus alrededores. Habitaciones hermosas de lujos, amplias y limpias. Conbuen servicio, todo impecable. Justo frente a la playa resulta un excelente lugar para estar cerca a ella. El área de la piscina que es en un 6to piso esta abierta sólo hasta las 11pm. Dispone de 2 jacussi de agua caliente controlada para relajarte con mirada frente al mar y justo a su entrada el gym que funciona 24 horas asi como un restaurant.

Al llegar al hotel un sábado en la tarde fuimos recibidos en la puerta por el maneger,dándole la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes. Luego fuimos atendido en frondesk por samantha alguien super amable y carismático también Hari que se porto muy amable . La habitación de primera limpia con buena vista . El desayuno muy bueno y un expertacular servicio por parte de eniko. En general todos super amable y el hotel hermoso , conmuy buen servicio y buena ubicación.
