“We were given a room, floor 9 of 10, at 1pm instead of the standard 4pm check in. The bell hop and woman at check in were extremely courteous and friendly. Complementary bottles of water at redemption (not the 8$ bottles of Fiji in the room). Good size room and bath. The one small downside was the double beds, although comfortable, were a small for 2 adults. Not much space for folded clothes for a family of 4. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and so made for longer than normal wait times and many stops. Good location with cafes and restaurants around.”

“Hotel is lovely, clean rooms and well appointed. Staff was kind and friendly, food was exceptional. Try the protein pancakes for breakfast or the lava cake for a late evening treat. Ana (morning server) went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel if you are picky about where you stay.”
