“Rooms are well appointed and modern with a cool vibe. Shower takes a long time to produce hot water and that was frustrating. The lobby is small and if you just want a quiet place to chill in the evening, the lobby bar gets loud. So there’s not a lot of space to relax. Housekeeping was excellent. Vanity light did not work and we asked it be replaced. Street noise is pronounced on weekends due to proximity to the comedy clubs. Get a higher floor. Other than that, the location is good. Elevator broke last day we were there but a doorman took us up the service elevator ( great guy! )”

“Loved our time at the W Boston! Thanks to Jonathan and all the staff for great hospitality! The rooms are very comfortable. Excellent live entertainment is available during the week and weekend. We had a tasty brunch at the restaurant. Fantastic location.”
