“Place was amazingly clean. I felt they decor was fitting and continuous throughout the entire lodge. Beds were great and rooms were spacious. Large glasses sliding doors led out to large balcony with pretty good view of the animals contained within. It was weird why the water pressure was so extremely high in the sinks and toilet but pretty weak in the shower. Don't get me wrong the bathroom looked fantastic but the toilet sounds like an airplanes toilet flushing and the slightest turn of a faucet gets you a water jet likely to knock anything out of your hands the first time you use it until you're used to it. The place could use more and better parking. More ways to get into the parking area and more elevators/ stairs to get inside. Where we were situated we had a 4 minute walk to get to our room to the elevator. Be sure to ask their caretakers about the animals. They are very pleasant to talk to and very informative. Oh, almost forgot. My Disney magic band didn't always unlock the door to room 7260. There's an issue with the lock on that door and the glass door on the shower didn't seal right.”

“Amazing hotel, absolutely loved staying here the whole experience was just so wonderful.
Waking up to animals out side of your room was such a brilliant experience.
Staff was amazing house keeping was brilliant, buses to the parks where so convenient and regular.
Pool was great and food offered at this resort was lovely. Its very pricey and I saved for 4 years to come here and I'm pretty sad I won't be able to stay again, if you can do it just once then do it!”
