The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.

Had a wonderful time here! Excellent location. Nice clean hotel - good size rooms. Have fridge and coffee maker too! Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Carmelo who assisted with our luggage and Crystal - who checked us in and out - both very nice and went out of their way to assist! Thanks and we will return!!

We stayed in a room with 2-queen beds and the room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a room in NYC. There's a Starbucks in the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. There's a third-party garage nearby that cost $60 (6/3/22) to valet my car overnight during the stay. Concierge stored our luggage for an additional few hours after check-out (12pm) so we could explore the city a bit more and grab a bite to eat. Overall, the staff was super friendly, the room clean, and location fantastic.

Great location of course, though a few homeless people were always lurking around the hotel, and the service was very good, with special mention to Gyselle and Angel. They were consistently very helpful and always smiling. Rooms of course were very small but then what can you do in New York City. Overall, convenient and decent place to stay for a few days in the city.

Overall a great experience. The rooms are small but fine if you’re traveling alone. The do not have a microwave in the room, you have to go downstairs. They also overpriced the snack bar in the lobby. There’s no was I spent $29 on 6 drinks and ice cream. Otherwise, it’s a great location and in walking distance of a lot of the fun stuff NYC has to offer.

The staff were super professional and awesomely helpful. The room was clean and shower size, water pressure and temperature was perfect (These are important features to me). Unlike other Marriott properties that I stay in, this one doesn't offer eater bottles in room. Not the end if the world...but I checked in super late and water would have been great.Maybe grab something before heading to your room. Next day the staff checked my bag and secured it while I went to an event and grabbed it with no problem in the evening.Will definitely stay at this property again.

The hotel is everything that is advertised. No hidden fees. Room was very clean, and staff is friendly and fast. Room service staff are also very friendly. We had a problem where our heat stopped working and they responded to the matter immediately. Great location, great price rate. The only thing that would make it 5+ stars if breakfast was included. Other then that, no issues. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here! The staff were great from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was perfect for us (3 adults) and we all agreed it was the best nights sleep we had had in a while despite sharing with 2 other people! The whole hotel was very clean as well. Location was perfect too, a lot of the attractions are walkable (if you like a walk!) and everything else is easy to get to by subway. The only downside would be that the bar wasn’t open past breakfast but this is New York! You don’t have to walk far to find an alternative.

No creo que hayamos acertado del todo con este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso de Times Square; pero la habitación que nos dieron fue muy pequeña y nada nueva ( el hotel en general no lo es) y la limpieza escasa a pesar de que dejábamos propina cada día. El personal de recepción correcto sin más y el de cafetería muy poco agradable.
