“First room given had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a broken phone. Bed felt unclean. Was charged $25 on top of my reservation for a ‘facility fee’. Worst hotel I’ve been to in Boston.”

“Beautiful hotel. Our room was very nice, a small balcony was great for nightime views. Hotel staff were friendly, and professional. Nelson was extremely pleasant. Conveniently located, many great locations within easy walking distance. Hop on Hop off tour bus right around the corner for areas that may be a longer walk then comfortable for some. Tour drivers were very informative and interesting. Only downfall: the refrigerator was stocked with their sodas and liquor, no room for anything I purchased. (pastries, snacks for later etc) I had to take all of their soda cans out to make room for the items I wanted to put in. How many cans of soda are you really going to drink in your room? It seemed the refrigerator was more for their profit then my convenience. I have been to Boston before, and I will certainly be back and stay at the Bostonian.”
