Os quartos são muito pequenos, os corredores são muito longos, não há janelas e o preço é um luxo cinco estrelas O quarto é do tamanho de uma cama e está muito lotado! O serviço também é terrível. Não volte pela segunda vez!

Apesar da crítica negativa ao chá da tarde, dê uma chance à marca do hotel e experimente. MAS não foi nenhuma surpresa, toda a comida estava fria, o conteúdo do sanduíche era muito pouco, mal saboreado e só apetece comer pão simples. Além disso, é a primeira vez que o chá da tarde serve apenas 1 pedaço de bolinho por pessoa, mas isso ainda está incluído em 5 pratos. Gosto excessivamente muito barato. Eles mencionaram que servem 3 tipos diferentes de chá que são da marca TWG com sabor muito comum e o bule de chá não é servido por mesa. Apenas o pessoal transporta e serve para nós. Portanto, se a equipe não estiver por perto, espere até que ela chegue à sua mesa. Desperdício do meu dinheiro.

Eu nem sequer fiquei neste hotel ainda, mas já tive uma experiência desagradável - eu solicitei um quarto com banheira e pedi para eles confirmarem isso 3 dias antes da minha estadia, mas eles não responderam e nem me acompanharam. Enviei três e-mails e três ligações para o hotel, eles confirmaram, mas nenhum pedido de desculpas.

Aqui para nossa lua de mel. O chá de 5 pratos foi incrível, o chef conseguiu personalizar para o nosso palete. Yum !!! Não nos deixe começar com a suíte Stamford. Amo cada pedacinho disso

Despite of bad review for the afternoon tea, give a chance to the hotel brand name and try it. BUT there was no surprise, all the food was cold, contents of sandwich was too little, barely tasted and just feel like eating plain bread. Furthermore, it is my first time afternoon tea serves only 1 piece of scone per person but this still included as part of 5 courses. Overally very cheap taste. They mentioned serves 3 different kind of tea which is TWG brand with very common taste and tea pot is not served per table. Only staff carries and pour for us. So if staff is not around you, have to wait until staff comes to your table. Waste of my money.

I sent three emails and three calls to hotel, then they confirmed but no single apology.

Here for our honeymoon. The 5 course tea was amazing, the chef managed to customise to our pallet. Yum!!! Don’t get us started with the Stamford suite. Love every single bit of it

The Stamford Suite was well designed, and the overall experience was fantastic! Lenten (the front office manager) was very attentive, friendly and made our stay memorable! Chaplin(?) the friendly restaurant staff and the team also made our kids day during mealtimes or while waiting for the room. Kids loved it and us too:)

Embora houvesse medidas covid-19 em vigor durante o tempo que passamos no hotel, a equipe e a gerência garantiram que seus clientes ainda pudessem obter a satisfação de sua estadia. Se Hospedaram no Capitol Kempinski Hotel durante as férias escolares de setembro para comemorar meu aniversário.Os quartos foram fantásticos e o serviço geral ao cliente (frente) foram great.No entanto, fiquei muito desapontado com os seus cocktails à noite no salão do átrio. Eles serviam apenas alguns itens para bebidas alcoólicas com amendoim e azeitonas como lanche. (Recomende que o hóspede fique apenas no quarto, não adianta visitar o lounge)O hotel tem um bom serviço de recuperação e toda a equipa parece comunicar entre si. No entanto, parece haver uma desconexão para a equipe de serviço de limpeza. Chamado o serviço ao cliente para recuperar os itens de jantar no quarto, mas não foi feito até que uma segunda chamada foi feita (2 horas depois). Não houve serviço de abertura de cama na minha segunda noite. Isso pode ser devido às altas taxas de ocupação durante as férias escolares. Mas, no geral, os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e educados.O buffet de café-da-manhã foi incrível. A equipe do café da manhã foi muito profissional e cumprimentou todos os convidados. Uma ótima maneira de começar a manhã. Eles também foram capazes de atender às necessidades e preferências alimentares dos convidados. Suas porções também eram simplesmente agradáveis.Quartos: 5 estrelas Buffet de café da manhã: 5 estrelas Instalações: 3 estrelas Serviços: 4 estrelasPosso visitar o hotel novamente, mas talvez não durante os períodos de pico ou férias escolares

Me alojé en el hotel Capitol Kempinski durante las vacaciones escolares de septiembre para celebrar mi cumpleaños.Las habitaciones eran fantásticas y el servicio general para los huéspedes (que daba al frente) era genial.Sin embargo, me decepcionaron bastante los cócteles de la noche en el salón del vestíbulo. Solo servían algunos artículos para bebidas alcohólicas con maní y aceitunas como bocadillos. (Recomiende a los huéspedes que se queden en su habitación, no tiene sentido visitar el salón)El hotel tiene una buena recuperación del servicio y todo el equipo parece comunicarse entre sí. Sin embargo, parece haber una desconexión para el equipo de servicio de limpieza. Llamó al servicio de atención al cliente para que recuperara los artículos para comer en la habitación, pero no se hizo hasta que se realizó una segunda llamada (2 horas después). No hubo servicio de cobertura en mi segunda noche. Esto podría deberse a las altas tasas de ocupación durante las vacaciones escolares. Pero en general, el personal fue muy agradable para charlar y muy educado.El buffet de desayuno era increíble. El equipo de desayuno fue muy profesional y saludó a todos sus invitados. Una excelente manera de comenzar la mañana. También pudieron satisfacer las necesidades y preferencias dietéticas de los invitados. Although there were covid-19 measures in place during the time we spent at the hotel, the staff and management made sure that their customers could still get the satisfaction from their staycation. They think of several alternatives to meet the customers’ expectations and to better the experience. My kids enjoyed the glamping experience so much, we loved the food and overall service.

Stayed at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel during the September School Holidays to celebrate my birthday. The rooms were fantastic and the overall guest service (front facing) were great. However, I was pretty disappointed with their lobby lounge evening cocktails. They only served a few items for alcoholic drinks with peanuts and olives as snacks. (Recommend guest to just stay in their room, no point visiting the lounge) The hotel have good service recovery and the entire team seems to communicate with each other. However, there seems to be a disconnect for the house keeping service team. Called the guest service to retrieve the in-room dining items, but it wasn’t done until a second call was made (2hours later). No turndown services was down on my second night. This could be due to the high occupancy rates during the school holidays. But overall, the staffs were extremely nice to chat with and very polite. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The breakfast team were very professional and greeted all their guests. A great way to start the morning. They were also able to cater to the diet needs and preferences for the guests. Their portions were also just nice. Rooms: 5 stars Breakfast Buffet: 5 stars Facilities: 3 stars Services: 4 stars I might visit the hotel again but maybe not during the peak periods or school holidays

Enjoyed the breakfast service very much! Just go for the angmoh style breakfast like breads, croissants, cold meats, cheese and egg omelette. Super good! Loved the sourdough toast with butter. Favourite part of the room is bath tub and TV 🙌🏼

Reservei 2 quartos para uma proposta surpresa. Do check in ao check out, tudo foi tranquilo! Teve uma estadia realmente maravilhosa Hotel é limpo, o quarto é espaçoso. Reservamos 2 habitaciones para una propuesta sorpresa. Desde el check in hasta el check out, ¡todo fue viento en popa! Tuve una estancia realmente maravillosa. Booked 2 rooms for a surprise proposal. From check in to check out everything was smooth sailing! Had a really wonderful stay. Hotel is clean, room is spacious.
