“So we reach at around 2 AM driving from Virginia only to find out that the entire hotel had its air conditioning system break down and it won’t be back up for at least the entirety of our stay. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance so we could figure something out earlier, we also did an online check in and informed of our arrival time so they knew well in advance what time we were coming in. Wasn’t feasible to find another pet friendly hotel at that time, there goes our trip.”
